Aberdeen is designed to take advantage of the land's natural attributes while also enhancing some elements in order to protect and improve their fragile balance. Lakes, green areas and forests have been preserved, and roadways are designed to have as little impact as possible. Over the years, you'll appreciate this dedication to preservation as the natural surroundings grow and mature. You'll also appreciate the fact that our 300 acres are designed to accommodate only 533 total homes in order to keep the community as open as possible. Each homesite is a minimum of 5,500 square feet, and the community is designed so that no homesites share a common rear property line.
